How are your prices that much lower than competitors?
At Pet Hideaway, we want everyone to enjoy having animals around the house. We like when pets are spoiled beyond belief. Therefore, we charge enough to cover our expenses and to put food on our table. We're not going to become rich. We are, however, going to be responsible for making tails wag EVERYWHERE! At Pet Hideaway our motto is "Pets Before Profits."

Your prices are so much lower than my local store but I don't see my favorite toy/food/treat on your site. Can you get it for me?
Probably! We have access to thousands of products, although we don't have room to stock them all. We do lots of special orders for specific items, as well as bring in new items constantly. Call or e-mail us and let us know what you're looking for. We can usually find out pretty quickly if we can get your favorite items and what price we can charge for them. Remember, we LOVE beating the competition. It means we're doing out part to make even more tails wag.

I see something I like online, can I pick it up at your store to avoid shipping costs?"
Call first! Some of these items are not stocked regularly at our store. If you have visited us before you know why! We're a tiny store, but we pack as much as we can into it. To keep prices as low as we do, we order some of these items from our distributor, as customers order them from us. This saves us money, and saves you money as well.
Comparison shop and you'll see for yourself! We think the extra savings can justify the 4 day wait to receive the item!
